How to Rehydrate Dried Oyster Mushrooms
1. Soak
Soak in warm water (not boiling) for 20–30 minutes.
2. Drain & squeeze
Drain and squeeze out excess water gently.
3. Strain and save
Strain and save the soaking water—it’s full of mushroom flavor and can be used as stock.
